Dr. Alper Eraslan is an Obstetrics & Gynaecology Surgeon with IVF Specialist certification who joined our clinic in 2019. Previously, he was part of the Koc University Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey.
He received his IVF Specialist certification from the American Hospital in Istanbul. He attended faculty of Medicine in Dokuz Eylul University School of Medicine in Izmir and completed Ob&Gyn Residency in Marmara University Hospital in Istanbul.
He was granted a fellowship from ESGO at Klinikum Frankfurt Höhcst, Germany with Professor Volker Mobüs in 2013 and at UZ Leuven, Belgium with Professor Ignace Vergote in 2014.
He graduated from the University of London and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine Clinical Studies Master Program between 2019-2022
He has good command of English.
2022 – Dr. Alper Eraslan, M.D. and Dr. Berk Angun, M.D., IVF Specialists at Dunya IVF, alongside their colleagues, in a study published in Taylor & Francis, found there were no significant effects of ENT change on live birth rate when fresh young donor oocytes are fertilised with sperms having normal parameters, and implanted in estrogen and progesterone primed endometrium.

2019 – Dr. Alper Eraslan, M.D. and Dr. Berk Angun, M.D., IVF Specialists at Dunya IVF, together with their colleagues, in a study published in Fertility and Sterility® journal, found that flexible progestin primed ovarian stimulation (FPPOS) protocol with Medroxy Progesterone Acetate (MPA) “is effective choice for preventing premature ovulation in women undergoing ovarian stimulation without compromising oocyte quality”.
