1. The couple should be evaluated and all medical records should be reviewed.
2. Woman should undergo a detailed gynecological examination.
3. Woman should undergo the following tests: rubella, blood group, HIV, hepatitis B and C surface antigens, syphilisis and cultures for CMV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, ureaplasma and mycoplasma.
4. Hysterosalpingography or hysteroscopy to evaluate the endometrial cavity (if needed)
5. Man should undergo following tests: blood group, HIV, hepatitis B and C surface antigens.
